Camping on the west coast has never been as much fun as it was with Jon, Jessica, Eli and Joshua Flowers. We spent the weekend camping near the Russian River. We visited the ocean, played in the River and Eli and Josh enjoyed their first smores. Kona enjoyed every moment from watching people walk by our campground, to running on the beach, and swimming in the River. Kona finally swam on his own (after some promptiing from Scott) and he couldn't get enough. We all had a great time watching Eli and Josh (2 years) play in the dirt and eat smores with their grubby little fingers. They made us laugh as they giggled while watching Scott and Jon throw the frisbee. And they were both quite cuddly after little sleep on the second night. With great weather, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful company it was the perfect camping weekend.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

The "best" camping ever? Umm, aren't you forgetting something about the best trip to Maui ever?
I do love seeing all the pictures, regardless of the hurtful words :).
Miss you guys!
What fun! Thank you for sharing! :)
I love the picture of you and Scott on the beach, the snack cup cameo is classic ;) I can't wait to do it again next summer (Lord willing!)
